The National Council of Textile Organizations (NCTO) is launching a new blog series on sustainability in the U.S. textile industry, a news release has announced. The organization reports it will “use the series to highlight the significant strides the U.S. textile industry has made to mitigate the impact of manufacturing processes on the environment.”
NCTO blog posts are expected to include industry news from Capitol Hill and interviews with textile executives discussing their sustainability goals, commitments and initiatives.
The NCTO is a Washington, D.C.-based trade association that represents domestic textile manufacturers, including artificial and synthetic filament and fiber producers.
