Herculite acquisition and hiring announcements

Emigsville, Pa-based Herculite Products Inc., manufacturer of high-performance and custom fabrics announces it has acquired the Laminated Fabrics Division of Burlan Manufacturing LLC. This acquisition strengthens Herculite’s global position in high-performance reinforced textile composites.

Herculite’s President & CEO, Peter McKernan said, “The acquisition advances our mission to help our customers grow their business through innovative products, advanced materials and engineered solutions.”                     

This acquisition builds on Herculite’s history of delivering exceptional brands to provide customers with an expanded range of reinforced composite textiles.

Geoff Nichols hired

Herculite also announces the hire of Geoff Nichols as manager of business development. Nichols comes to Herculite with many years of successful sales, business development and manufacturing experience in lamination, extrusion and printing industries. He has been influential in developing and launching products for a range of markets including signage, label, and reinforced membranes.
