The Industrial Fabrics Association International is sponsoring the Women in Textiles Summit March 6-8 at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah, Georgia. The event creates time and space for women to take a close look at creative approaches to industry challenges.
The summit gathers leaders in the textile industry, but it is also a place for new voices to emerge, and for all to ask questions and find industry-wide solutions together. There will also be opportunities to interact with other attendees at lunches, events and at round-table discussions.
The summit features keynote speakers Patti Bates, general manager of the protective market, Glen Raven Technical Fabrics; and Sarah Moshman, Emmy Award-winning documentary filmmaker and TEDx speaker.
Presentations will be offered by Sara Beatty, president, White Haven Trade; Amy Bircher, president/founder, MMI Textiles; Justine Decaens, head of technological innovation – Smart Textiles, CTT Group; Jane Johnson, government affairs manager, Unifi Manufacturing, Inc.; Kathie Leonard, president and CEO, Auburn Manufacturing Inc.; Wendy McBay, vice president of marketing for Tensar International Corp.; Denise Offray, president and CEO, OTEX; Robin Ritz; creative visionary with InCord.
Join women from around the country to learn from leaders in the textile industry, share strengths, develop strategic relationships and be inspired. For details and to register, visit https://www.ifai.com/women/.
