Rossignol applies dynamic compression to new skiwear 

French ski brand Rossignol has introduced a new range of compression skiwear that it says can offer better muscle alignment and efficiency as well as promote more effective recovery. The range, which it calls The Compression, combines Lycra Sport Fabric and Rossignol’s own patented compression technology. It includes race tops and race tights for men and for women.

The knees and elbows of the performance garments are pre-formed to give skiers optimal posture. Different compression levels are applied to the areas covering the forearms and calves to increase comfort and performance.

Rossignol has said that testing has shown the garments give a better power balance, improve recovery and offer enhanced muscle alignment and efficiency.
