Cleantech acquires patent technology for textile equipment

Wuxi, China-based Cleantech Solutions International Inc. has announced its Wuxi Huayang Dyeing Machinery Co. Ltd. (Huayang Dyeing) has entered into an agreement to purchase patent technology from Chengdu Textile College.

Under the terms of the agreement, Huayang Dyeing will make a one-time $2.5 million (U.S.) payment to the college for a utility model patent covering ozone-ultrasonic textile dyeing equipment. The patent was issued in April 2016 by China’s State Intellectual Property Office and is valid for 10 years from the date of issuance.

Cleantech Solutions, through its affiliated companies and subsidiaries, manufactures and sells textile dyeing and finishing machines and sells forged products and fabricated products to a range of clean technology customers including high precision forged rolled rings and related components.
