Spanish textile-finishing company Jeanologia has introduce its pollution-free, laser-based Light PP Spray denim treatment, which eliminates the process of potassium permanganate spraying, the company says, replacing the most damaging technique to workers and the environment.

It joins the company’s dry and wet ozone and the G2 e-Flow nano bubbles in ensuring zero pollution in the production of jeans in the world, reducing 90 percent of water and 50 percent of chemical and energy consumption.

Jeanologia technologies are used by Levi, Polo Jeans, Abercrombie & Fitch, Diesel, and other brands.
