ERCA unveils innovations at ITMA

EcoNote | December 3, 2015 | By:

Italy-based chemical collective ERCA introduced a pair of innovations at the International Textile Market Association’s ITMA 2015 trade show in Milan in November.

  • ReactEVO® is a process based on a new post-treatment concept in dyeing with reactive dyestuffs that allows drastic reductions in energy and water consumption that also cuts treatment time. All ReactEVO auxiliaries are confirmed compliant with Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 requirements and are bluesign® and GOTS approved.
  • OneTone is a dyeing process that can be used to match dye with all major fibers such as cellulose, nylon, wool and silk. OneTone achieves the best results in terms of dyeability, color strength and color fastness, while being an environmentally friendly and safe process that is also bluesign approved.

ERCA is a group of chemical companies headquartered in northern Italy with seven plants around the globe. The company organizes its business in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, offering products and solutions for the textile industry that always conform to these values. It was the first Italian company to be confirmed as a bluesign system partner in 2009.
