eVent fabrics teams with Spain’s OS2O

eVent fabrics® has added Spain’s OS2O to the brands that use the Overland Park, Kan.-based company’s air-permeable and waterproof membrane technology and fabrics. OS2O reaches outdoor enthusiasts and mountaineers in Spain through retail stores and its online shop, specializing in apparel for mountaineers, trail runners and trekkers.

The 300-gram jacket uses eVent’s DValpine™ waterproof and air-permeable membrane, configured in a three-layer laminate. The fabric has a waterproof column rating greater or equal to 20,000 millimeters and a moisture vapor transport rating of no less than 28,500 grams per square meter.

eVent fabrics—found in outdoor, winter sports, cycling and professional apparel and footwear—were the first air-permeable and waterproof performance fabrics on the market that let the sweat out™ through Direct Venting™ technology. It serves the apparel, footwear, shelter and accessories markets.
