ExxonMobil Chemical demonstrates polymer solutions for new hygiene applications

ExxonMobil Chemical demonstrated its portfolio of high-performance polymers for creating new hygiene at the Asia Nonwovens Exhibition and Conference (ANEX) 2015, showcasing a range of polymers, application expertise and commitment to the hygiene industry, including soft nonwoven fabrics that are comfortable for babies; elastic film that provides discretion and comfort in adult incontinence products; protective nonwoven fabrics that help keep hospital staff and patients safe.

The company’s advanced materials including Vistamaxx™ performance polymers, ExxonMobil™ polypropylene resins, Exceed™ and Enable™ metallocene polyethylene resins and Escorez™ tackifier resins allow properties such as softness, elasticity, breathability, toughness and drapability to be tailored and balanced to meet specific application requirements.

As part of the Technical Program, Jennifer Jensen Austin, ExxonMobil Chemical, is presenting “Metallocene propylene performance polymers for nonwoven adhesive applications” on May 13.
