NonWoven Solutions LLC, a manufacturer of needlepunch nonwovens in Ingleside, Ill., was acquired by Danish firm Fibertex Nonwovens A/S. The purchase allows Fibertex Nonwovens to establish a stronger presence in U.S. markets as it plans to increase sales of products for the composites and automotive industries. The product ranges, key contacts and locations of both companies remain unchanged in the near term.
