Watson’s launches copper-based bodywear

What's New? | September 8, 2014 | By:

Watson’s®, a company known for thermal bodywear and cold weather base layers, has launched its Core 29 line of copper-based bodywear, with technology that cross-links the copper element into the fibers of athletic wear and undergarments, permanently affixing natural healing, anti-odor and anti-bacterial properties. Used in the medical and military fields, the copper technology is nontoxic and may promote health and wellness.

The Core 29 line will be available at a variety of retail stores in spring 2015. The company is also launching a new 100 percent merino wool base layer tops and bottoms for men, women and children. Lightweight and made of superfine 18.5 micron wool fibers, the fabric is breathable and helps minimize moisture by quickly absorbing sweat and evaporating it into the air, keeping the material odor-resistant.
