Staple fiber plant for carded nonwovens

What's New? | April 7, 2014 | By:

Germany-based Oerlikon Neumag introduces the new staple fiber plant Staple FORCE S 1000, a compact and economical technology for the production of carded nonwovens. The Staple FORCE offers a low initial investment, compact construction and significantly reduced energy costs due to replacing steam and water baths through a dry drawing process.

The company has a comprehensive portfolio of nonwoven technologies, from melt-spun spunbond (spunbond and meltblown) up to air-laid nonwovens. Application areas include filtration, roofing, geotextiles and automotive, as well as hygiene products.

Oerlikon Neumag produces BCF carpet yarn as well as manmade fibers, and is a supplier of a range of nonwoven technologies.
