Twitchell acquires Infinity Woven Products

Twitchell Technical Products, a Dothan, Ala.-based manufacturer of engineered polymer fabrics and coated films, has acquired Infinity Woven Products of Dalton, Ga., provider of floor and wall coverings to the marine, RV, aerospace and other markets.

Infinity’s Luxury Woven Vinyl™ features a heavy-traffic-rated vinyl backing for use on a variety of indoor and outdoor surfaces. All products are UV-stable, resistant to fading, and include antimicrobial technology.

Regions Financial Corporation provided senior financing facilities in support of the transaction.
