Kytola moves to Minnesota Knitting ownership track

Industry News | May 26, 2016 | By:

Wade Kytola, vice president and board member of Minnesota Knitting Mills (MKM), will become an “increasing stakeholder” of the company, according to company owner and CEO Harold Kuller.

“Wade has been with us 30 years starting in plant management and now heading our sales operations,” Kuller said in a statement. “His overall understanding of knit manufacturing surpasses that of the great majority serving in this market.”

”In addition to Wade, we have a strong Board and leadership team with Pat Hickey, president, and Diane Rogers, CFO. I believe this team has the wherewithal to keep MKM well positioned for decades to come,” Kuller said.

Mendota Heights-based MKM knit products are used in apparel, medical devices, professional sports uniforms, military garments, hunting accessories and a variety of applications in the fire-resistant, cut-proof and antimicrobial arenas. The company also is exploring opportunities for establishing its own brand of knit apparel.
