Swiss additive expert Sukano has expanded the Sukano masterbatch and service portfolio. The company offers masterbatch solutions for antimicrobial fiber applications, UV stabilization of polyester fibers and processing aids for PLA nonwovens.
Custom engineering functionality, performance and processing aids into the fibers can offer significant cost savings for fiber producers and fabric manufacturers; subsequent processing and finishing steps can be eliminated, production will be faster with fewer rejects, and durability can be extended.
The company presents its new solutions at Techtextil in Frankfurt.
